@WebAfricaHelper I've tried for a number of days now to resolve a billing issue - I get passed from Agent to Agent on WhatsApp with no way to solve it. It's seems they agents just transfer willy-nilly so they don't have to deal or take ownership of issue - HELP please @webafrica
