Considering the feedback and the relative small size of my COTP request, I could get at least 10-15% on Robinhood.
Lesson learned, moving forward. Unfortunately, I'm one of the old TD-Ameritrade customers moved to Schwab. Lost confidence on this broker. High requirements, very very low allocation.
