@HP UR new version of HP Smart...urgh. Want 2 scan a doc & save it to a folder on my computer. I only see a way 2 save 2 your special HP folder, and then move it. Why?!? Also, I'm posting this here b/c your website makes it HARD to give you product feedback. I gave up.
You aren't rewarded for hard work.
You're rewarded for creating something of value.
So don't work unnecessarily hard on something that you haven't validated people want.
Instead, run small experiments over & over again until you have a few strong outcomes.
Then double down.
@UnstuckAgile Well, being from #Cincinnati I'd have to say #WhoDey :) :)
...and the first Scrum Team I was on was like this. We had a common goal that we cared about, our customers loved that we listened to them with a kick-butt Product Owner, and we delivered some seriously valuable product.
The friction between differing perspectives can be healthy and productive. Avoiding this heat doesn’t make it go away, it leads to unhealthy handling of it. There are treasures to be discovered in the discomfort of conflict.
Had a GREAT PSM II class last week - 14 engaged students and an amazing co-facilitator. I'm re-invigorated. :)

A comment from one of my past PSM II students: "For anyone on the fence about this class, I ask you take a leap of faith. This class was my favorite Scrum-related class BECAUSE Mark facilitated it so well... You'll come away a better Scrum Master for having taken this class."
I'm so excited! I'm finally teaching the advanced #Scrum Master class PSM II in a little over a week (Feb 7-10)! I LOVE this class for those who have been a #scrummaster for at least a year.
Don't miss out - I hope to see you there!
