Just got gas bill for 1 month, gut punch before Xmas. Would gladly forego any energy credits in favour of much better grants to help people live independently i.e pv solar + battery storage, heat pumps etc. Systems r too expensive to get and current bills too expensive to afford

@RevenueIE infuriating service. Used ‘My Enquiries’ 2 weeks ago for something simple, no response. Calling every day but being told there is a queue and I won’t even be placed in it, and to go to ‘my enquiries’. I doubt I’m the only one like this too! Shocking #howirelandworks
