Wax Cache V1 is officially live on iOS and Android!
It’s been 6 months of building in public, late nights, app store chaos, bug fixes, UI changes, marketing, and learning as I go. I’m building cross-platform inventory management software for collectors. QR powered, AI assisted, location based, and built from real supply chain inventory concepts because that’s what I do for work as a software engineer.
This isn’t just another card app where you add cards and forget about them. Wax Cache is being built to help collectors actually manage their physical inventory: boxes, slabs, binders, values, locations, scans, and more.
V1 is still early and I’m not pretending it’s perfect, but it’s real, it’s live, and I’m building it every day with feedback from the hobby.
If you collect cards and your current “system” is spreadsheets, memory, and digging through boxes, I’d love for you to check it out 💙
You add your cards, organize them into boxes/locations, and Wax Cache turns your collection into a searchable inventory.
From there you can track values, see exactly what’s in each box, and print QR codes for cards or boxes so you can scan them later and pull everything up instantly. Share collections digitally with someone like this:

Basically, it replaces the spreadsheet with a true inventory management system for collectors!
I’m always improving, always making changes, and I have a lot of ideas/plans for it. I just released this on Apple/Google app stores. It should be an exciting year!
I’m not going to lie, my eBay store has been slacking because I’ve been so heads down on Wax Cache lately.
Decided to list a few cards the other day and over the weekend I sold 15 cards. More than I’ve sold in a while!
This is all the proof I need
eBay algo = listing cards
@DidierRoque@imjustnewatai I have codex, but I also have a copilot pro plus sub. Their recent update actually shows what it costs per 1m tokens by model. 5.4 x high is about 50% of the usage of 5.5. IIRC it’s $2.50/1m for 5.4 and $5/1m for 5.5 medium.
If Wax Cache makes even one collector’s life a little easier, that’s a win to me
I’m not here to make a quick buck or build some shady cash grab
I’m a collector building something I wish existed
Whether you collect sports cards, Pokémon, TCG, slabs, raw cards, sealed
wax, whatever. the hobby has grown like crazy, but the tools still feel behind
Collectors, dealers, and sellers deserve a better way to organize, manage, and actually understand what they have
So I’m going to keep building, keep learning, keep listening, and keep showing up
