@KYLEGUE1988@CHGO_Cubs So just so we're clear here, "sucking" in your mind is putting out league average offense while playing excellent defense. Got it.
@Michael_Cerami That's the risk of breaking news. You've done it enough over the years now that we know your sources are solid. Can't say I'll think twice the next time I see you break something.
@thatVulcan17 Reminder that there is literally no other pro option for this club in the US structure. USL closed them off when they sold the market rights to an out of state real estate developer and every other option has folded.
@tangotiger Disc golf has this figured out. We have multiple score tracking apps that basically *every* tournament/event uses. Pro tour to local C tier? Use the pdga app. Casual cash doubles? Use Udisc.
Heck I track every round I play with Udisc.
@SonRanto@WBCBaseball This was actually an issue in Disc golf last season as they had their world championships in Europe. Typically the PDGA doesn't test for weed(and in fact has some significant sponsors in the canibas industry), but had to follow wada rules to host their championships in Europe.
@SonRanto@WBCBaseball It's not the WBC specifically. It's that they use the WADA standards (similar to the Olympics and other international comps) and WADA still bans weed.
@Brennaruee@thefleeee Bad assumption on my part. It got a J reprint in Japan in the 100 battle decks. Since it's not in Ascended heroes, guessing we see it in perfect order.
@MarkraftusMark@TheWARmonger_ Kinda depends on your definitions. If you go with qualified seasons it *is* incredibly rare (we saw the 4th and 5th instance this season). But that's partly because catchers rarely catch that many innings. If you go with a more reasonable 500 innings, it's 12 in the last 10 yrs.
@MarinersONTap@TheWARmonger_ It's cool, and somewhat notable, but 2 other players caught 500+ innings and didn't allow a passed ball either (Dingler in Detroit was also over 1000 innings). That said I went back a decade, and there have been 12, so more than 1/year. Raleigh does have the most innings tho.
@cwbarr There was a hilarious week or two where Chicago media kinda breathlessly espoused opinions on which baseball team he supported. Turns out he's a die hard sox guy, was even as the WS in '05
