🚨 THIS IS BIGGER THAN A FOREST.

We can confirm Over 15,000 acres of forest land are being degazetted to allow the land to be titled and sold.

The areas include:

- Mount Elgon Forest - 11,483 acres
- Turbo Forest - 3,069 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shiru) -235 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shaviringa) - 89 acres
-South Nandi Forest (Chepkumia Area): -2,444 acres

That is 15,000+ acres.

Here’s what should worry Kenyans: we reached out to locals in some of these areas. Many say they don't even know what is happening.

Meanwhile, sources allege that politicians, including senior ones, are already positioning themselves around the land, with different plans for what happens after.

I have gone through some documents.

The process was initiated through a petition to Parliament by CS Deborah Barasa, and a recent parliamentary report shows the matter was approved and is in final stage.

So ask yourself:

Why is 15,000+ acres of forest being opened up for possible private ownership while the people living around it say they were never told?

And perhaps the bigger question:

Who stands to benefit when the forest becomes private land? We know the first lady reportedly adopted Kakamega Forest.

UPDATES ON REX MASAI INQUEST🔴

@IPOA, I.O has confirmed the authenticity of the footage file in frame 2.

Mr Mutua says that a flash disc, silver in colour 8gb was taken to IPOA forensic lab for the confirmation of authenticity of the footage file, and also to certify the footage file as per the evidence act including any relevant information.

Upon reviewing the contents of the flash drive, the I.O confirmed that the flash drive contained a video footage 191802.mp4

The contents of the footage were subjected to a forensic tool by the name
Cognitec Forensic Video Investigator that is installed in a forensic video producer.

These were the findings of the footage:

1. The foorage was internally consistent with respect to its observed temporal sequence and visual continuity.
2. The footage was recorded on 20th June 2024 and it commenced at around 1918hrs with a file size of 182 megabytes with a duration of 01:15minutes.
3. No technical indications of intentional alterations, insertion, deletion, replication or rearrangement of video content were identified during the examination.

He did a certificate to certify that the footage for the purposes of investigations to establish the circumstances that led to the death of Rex Masai was authentic, not modified or interfered with in any way in the process of the handling.

The certificate was signed on 31st July 2026.

The ODPP has marked the end of the prosecution.

The court has closed the hearing and will give a mention date to confirm on the submissions on the 24th of September 2026 virtually at 11:30 a.m
