@Argos_Online shambolic service, wrong item attempted to be delivered twice, then on 3rd attempt I’m told it’s already delivered and I’m shared a picture of the previous failed attempt. 2 live chats and a phone call later and I still have to wait another 48hours for a response!
@British_Airways What an experience trying to check in online using app/mobile/web….probably the worst experience I’ve ever been subjected to with any airline. Constant reloading of pages, woeful navigation, unclear for ages if we were actually checked in, total shambles
