很久没写这种长文了，这是一篇“投资人味儿很浓”的文章，因为逻辑要环环相扣，不一定很易读，但认真看完一定会让你对加密市场和Meme赛道有新的认知。今天我从一个“机构投资人的视角“，尝试去回答三个问题：

1. 加密行业是否已经迎来了大规模普及（Mass Adoption）？
2. Meme会不会成为打开加密市场大规模渗透（Mass Penetration）的杀手级应用？Meme赛道的底层逻辑到底是什么？
3. 今天的Meme市场大致处于周期的哪个阶段？

1. 加密行业是否已经迎来了大规模普及（Mass Adoption）？

聊Meme之前，我想先问大家一个有争议性的问题。你觉得加密行业是否已经迎来了大规模普及？对于这个问题，我最经常听到的是两个极端的观点，一方说加密已经迎来了大规模普及，华尔街都入场了，该买币的散户都买过了，这轮周期哪里还有什么新人入场？而另一方则认为，并还没有普及，也经常拿AI作比较，因为加密市场并没有出现一个像是Chatgpt一样超过2亿用户的Killer App（杀手级的应用）。

我认为两边说法都没问题，但本质上讨论的其实是两件事，一个讨论的是大规模普及（Mass Adoption），而另一个讨论的则是大规模渗透（Mass Penetration）。这两点有什么不同呢？我尝试用美国互联网的发展史来解释一下我想表达的意思。

1995年美国的电脑普及率在40%左右，当时大概有8,500-9,000万美国人用上了电脑，同期，互联网在美国的渗透率却只有13%左右，共2,500万人，所以在1995年美国的3台电脑中有1台连上了网。你可能站在今天很难想象那剩下两台电脑在干啥呢？剩下两台电脑在当时被当计算器和打字机在用（因为电脑是从工作场景开始普及的，到了20世纪末才逐渐进入家庭场景）。

为什么我会选1995年为例呢？因为美国1995年40%的电脑渗透率恰好等同于美国今天数字货币的渗透率。对，2024年美国数字货币持有者占美国总人口的40%，总持币人数约9,300万人。接下来，如果我们把“上链“对比”上网“，我们可以看到，solana最大的钱包Phantom的月活钱包数量为700w左右，而Ethereum最大的钱包Metamask的月活钱包数量为3,000万左右（都取了最近可查数据的最高值），假设美国人占了一半链上用户，再假设每人会有3个钱包，粗略估算一下目前美国链上的用户大致在600万人左右，当然这个估算肯定不完全准确，因为还有不少其他的钱包，平均每人的钱包数也可能超过3个，美国占全世界一半的链上玩家数这个假设也不一定准确，但因为我取的都是乐观假设，不管怎么算，美国的“上链”人数大概率不会超过1000万人，也就是最高占今天美国总人口的3%左右。

所以今天的加密行业处于比1995年的互联网行业还要尴尬的位置，40%的数字货币普及率已经明显足够普及，但是不到3%的链上渗透率很明显还太少，还不如1995年13%的上网渗透率。

这就是为什么我说当大家在讨论crypto是否已经mass adopted的时候，双方观点都没错，只是讨论的维度不同，一方说的是“电脑=数字货币“的普及率，而另一方说的则是”互联网=链上应用“的渗透率。（值得一提的是，美国互联网渗透率在3%的时候是在1993年，而1994年开始到2000年美国互联网的渗透率迅速的从3%增长到了43%，所以1994年发生了什么？网景浏览器出现了，这是互联网时代的第一款杀手级应用，一款杀手级的应用是真的能推动行业整体渗透率的快速增长）

我在桌前写这篇文章的时候都能想象到，1995年最先上网的那批前辈也一定像今天的我们一样讨论着同样的问题，觉得电脑都已经普及度这么高了，好像并没有什么事情是“缺了电脑不行“的，上网上的实在觉得有些食之无味、弃之可惜的感觉，纯纯是为爱发电。这难道不是今天加密行业的我们的感受吗？

所以从网络刚出现到大规模普及这中间发生了什么呢？第一批联网的用户一定是最geek（极客）的人，用着互联网上第一批最没用的应用，比如网上收音机、网上电视、网上电话簿这些在当时已经通过线下方式满足的伪需求，他们上网纯属因为对新鲜事物的热爱。

随着第一批电脑用户连上了网，渐渐的出现了第一批“杀手级应用“，比如邮箱、比如电商（虽然那时候的电商还是比线下麻烦太多，在当时也可以称作伪需求，比如亚马逊在初创卖书时就意识到了这点，他们跟线下书店竞争的方式只能是去卖那些线下书店很少会卖的小众书籍）。随着互联网用户基数的增长，用户红利带来了新的杀手级应用出现的可能，比如当你只有1个朋友在用微信跟你有100个朋友在用微信，你去下载微信的动力是完全不能比的（很多时候一个应用杀手不杀手是取决于用户基数的，电话、邮箱、社交网络就是最典型的例子）。

所以你可以看到在互联网用户基数达到量变的阈值后，创新的速度开始了加速度，杀手级应用出现的频率越来越高”，每过一两年就是一个创新的热潮，经历了2000-2020年这二十年的中国第一批VC投资人们应该对这个过程的演进最感同身受（我是2016年入的行，恰好踩中了互联网时代的尾巴）。

2. Meme会不会成为打开加密市场大规模渗透（Mass Penetration）的杀手级应用？Meme赛道的底层逻辑到底是什么？

如果我们再以互联网时代作为参考，互联网的爆发一定是基于电脑已经足够普及这一前提条件，而今天对于加密行业来说，40%的渗透率，加密行业已经足够普及，但我们就像1995年的第一批互联网用户，我们一直还在找那个可以把上亿用户带进链上的杀手级应用，而我认为我在Meme身上看到了杀手级应用的影子。

我之前在我的space里聊过这个概念，我认为meme就是新的流媒体形态，是新时代的抖音。有没有发现你自从玩了https://t.co/z7bz8PkvkK以后，你刷抖音的时间都在减少？甚至都不刷了？两者本身都是注意力经济，也都是大时代背景的产物，抖音是年轻人时间越发碎片化背景下、奔波于工作和生活下仍需要短暂且及时的多巴胺的产物，是快娱乐，而meme则是社会阶级固化背景下、年轻人急需赌一把的娱乐方式，是“穷娱乐”，一个满足了色欲和懒惰，而另一个满足了贪欲，本质上都是满足人性最底层“原罪”的多巴胺生意，这也是为什么大家都在24小时乐此不疲的刷抖音或者刷pump，因为是真的“有瘾”。

如果我再把抖音的各个“名词”跟meme做个比较，你就能更明白了：

1. 内容主 = dev/项目方（生产内容 = 生产meme盘）
2. 抖音推送算法 = meme kol（推送算法决定了你刷到什么内容，而meme kol决定了你会关注什么meme币，都是分发流量的核心位）
3. 流量变现 = 做市商（通过拉盘砸盘让自身的meme受到更多的注意力，并在过程中帮助项目方变现）
4. 广告投放 = dexscreener、CMC、Tiktok广告（吸引散户眼球和流量的活）
5. 专业生产内容（PGC）= 强庄盘
6. 用户生产内容（UGC）= 纯CTO盘
7. 垃圾广告视频 = Rug盘

如果你能明白以上逻辑，那我们通过抖音的发展路径作为meme行业的引路石，Meme行业未来大概率会有以下趋势：

1. 产业链的分工会越来越细、越来越专业，每个环节中不专业的都会渐渐被淘汰，包括dev、项目方、kol、做市商，这是一个极度强者恒强的市场。

2. 一开始还有UGC的内容（纯社区盘），后来流量会越来越头部聚集，新跑出来的内容越来越PGC化（强庄盘），UGC的内容渐渐淡出视野（但你仍然能看到隐藏成UGC，但其实是专业团队做的PGC盘子，因为部分观众就喜欢UGC风格的，而这些盘子也是为了迎合这群人）。逻辑很简单，在solana上，任何能起飞的盘子一定是有庄在背后推动的，高控筹拉的猛吸引大家的关注度，有专业营销团队才能把故事讲好，然后在上涨的过程中庄会逐渐筹码慢慢分散，最后随着时间慢慢形成强社区，所以一定是强庄在先，然后建立强社区在后，所以我无数次的在space里强调，好的meme币一定是庄和散户互相成就的，你们要去寻找“良庄”，看生产内容的质量、看做市商的操盘手法、看团队运营社区的用心程度。

3. KOL最终拼的是匹配优质“内容“的能力，谁项目调研做的好，能能找到最优质的”内容“推送给粉丝，让粉丝赚到钱，那他的流量就会越大，进而能匹配到更优质的”内容“，形成一个正循环，仔细研究过Murad的就能明白他是怎么玩的了。如果你抖音的推荐算法天天给你推送垃圾视频，你是女生，给你推茶味满满的美女跳舞视频，你是男生，给你推如何选化妆品，你大概率会不断点“不感兴趣”去调整你的推荐算法。这也是为什么我认为未来rug dev大概率会越来越少（只要你不去内盘屎里淘金），因为KOL在慢慢变的专业化，kol也不会想call垃圾盘，每call一个就是对他最宝贵资源“流量”的打击，所以这群rug dev以后也很难被KOL做到流量推送（当然矩阵号和镰刀KOL这些垃圾会一直存在，但他每骗一次，他的“带货“能力就会下降一个量级，直到再也没有人关注他们）

4. 头部的内容主会聚拢越来越多的流量，meme赛道也是，头部的盘子会疯狂吸血长尾盘子，以后meme赛道会跑出来辛巴、小杨哥、李家琦、威亚这些头部的“Meme盘”，想想那些二级炒meme的小伙伴们，大家会想要去“屯”的meme是不是都是PEPE、WIF、POPCAT、SPX这些已经展现出实力，并有非常庞大社区的meme币？（但这并不意味着不会有新的“内容主”跑出来，一定会有新的Meme杀出来）

我把底层逻辑呈现的如此赤裸裸，可能会引起一些人的不适，但没办法这就是事实，而且这样的趋势已经发生。你要先了解游戏规则的真相，才能去在这个游戏里获胜，你说对吗？

3. 今天的Meme市场处于周期的哪个阶段？

我们首先来看看Pump fun目前的用户量数据，在dune上可查，pump fun目前日活钱包数在15w个左右，前两周solana meme最火热的时候最高达到了日活20w个钱包，如果我们除以之前聊过的Phantom 700w月活总数来算个大致的渗透率，目前pump fun日活占Phantom用户量的2.9%，所以仅考虑phantom一个钱包的用户量，pump fun都还远远算不上大规模渗透（mass penetrated）。

除了去看pump fun这种内盘玩法的参与人数，我们也可以去看看目前最大的那些meme币的持有人数来去大致理解一下链上玩家的数量级有多少（很多地址是刷的，所以实际结果只会更少，我个人的判断地址数/人数至少是2-3倍），目前WIF的持有钱包数为19万个、Popcat为11万个、Bonk为1.1万个、PEPE为27万个、SPX为2.5万个（这里有点暴露出了Murad一直在喊单的SPX到底是不是真的社区很牛逼）

所以不管是看Pump fun的用户数据还是去看最头部蓝筹meme的持有钱包数据，你大致都会得到一个20w-30w以内的数字，所以Meme对于当前已经有钱包上链的用户渗透率也就在3-5%之间，光是这批已经上链的用户就还有大几百万人没有被meme渗透，也就是现在Meme用户规模的20-30倍。

如果我们假设Meme会把原来在交易所里交易的用户也渗透一部分到链上，那我们要参考的数字则是全球的加密用户的总量，5-6个亿，也就是说1%的渗透率就能带来20-30倍的增量用户，而10%就是200-300倍。

而如果我们认为Meme是Web3真正的杀手级应用，并会成为了新时代的流媒体，web3的抖音，我们可以看一下抖音2024年11月的数据，7亿的日活，是目前全球meme玩家总量的2000-3000倍。

这可是加密企业家和投资人们最好的时代啊。
