I can’t believe I paid £14,500 for a @Finnair flight from Tokyo to Manchester for my family and I and they put us on standby!!! I booked these flights five months ago. Apparently there are no Finnair staff at Narita airport that can help! Disgraceful behaviour. 😡

Disgusting from the security guard at St Peter's basilica who wouldn’t let my 80 year old father in law in as we went to the “exit” and not the entrance. He told us to walk a mile around to the entrance. It’s 35 degrees and he has stage four terminal cancer. #NotVeryChristian
