My wife desperately trying to get travel documents for a final farewell for her father but we cannot get any response from DHA apart from Services not available

My wife’s father is terminally ill and she needs her passport renewed in order to apply for permission and make travel arrangements. Two days at local HA and tried all emails and phones without a response. Please!

@TAKEALOT You should have a standard option to expedite an order rather than it just sitting waiting because weekend delivery not offered. Luckily your call centre agent also thinks and does not just say no 😁
