@RetroAgent12 At best, I think maybe the bullet grazed him, just enough to draw blood. Just a superficial injury that his PR team milked by painting him as a martyr. Its also possible the shockwave from the air made the bullet rupture his eardrum as it passed by, leading to the blood.
