Since we can’t see guys play everyday, we rely on high school coaches, travel ball coaches, & area scouts. Someone who coaches you for 30+ games usually has a pretty good idea on your ability & consistency.

Dominate the level you’re at & be consistent. It’s very hard to jump HS to D1 to Pro Ball if you’re not dominating where you’re at. Focus on being the best where your feet are. Then give consistent QAB’s & consistently attack the zone. That’s what I’m looking for, consistency.
