@vueling Terrible service at Heathrow, no information on a cancelled flight. Staff didn’t know what was happening. The slowest ever boarding of a plane, because of your paid Group service. Over 3 hours late going out, 1 hour late on return. I booked this through BA, I expect a BA service!
