@Keir_Starmer how about the trades and maintenance who are restricted by NHS banding. Trades earn at least 40% less working for nhs vs outside of it, trying to keep the hospitals running. hence a shortage of maintenance

she could get in. then she had to spend 10 minutes ringing buzzer. they also asked her age AFTER they verified she's paid. why? I've had to share an Code so a fully paid member can get in. if you're system isn't fit for purpose then change it.

@TheGymGroup not sure whats going on at Coventry but my sister's been waiting 10 minutes to get in after staff "helped" her then left her locked out. she arrived couldn't get in. staff verified she's paid tool her in then got her to pin out. then left her put without checking
