But it does Mr Reynolds. Just look at what is happening at Vauxhall, a harbinger of what’s in store for the UK automotive industry. All of Europe, including the UK, is suffering deindustrialisation at the alter of net zero. Even Germany.
Reynolds adds: “I have got no interest in the country hitting its climate targets by shutting down jobs and industry.”
But that is precisely what has happened and is still happening. Perhaps you should have a word with your cabinet colleague, Mr E Miliband.
