Robert Dorgan (also known as Roberta Esposito) kiIIed his ex-wife Rhonda Dorgan and their adult son Aidan during a youth hockey game. He injured three others (Rhonda's parents and a family friend) before dyıng by suicidɛ.

Court documents from 2020 show Rhonda filed for divorce citing Dorgan's "gender reassignment surgery" and "narcissistic + personality disorder traits" — later amended to "irreconcilable differences."

The divorce finalized in 2021.

Family tensions tied to Dorgan's transition dated back years, including a 2020 police report where Dorgan claimed his father-in-law threatened him over it.

Police describe the attack as targeted/family-related, not random. Motive still under investigation.

Bystanders intervened heroically to stop further harm.
