@wowcher Travel makers refused a refund, having to 'redeem' before finding out the details of the terrible flights is an awful business model, won't be using them or Wowcher again

@Wowcher_Support If anyone is thinking of getting a wowcher that includes hotel and flights don't bother, flights are the worst times and if they advertise a hotel you'll likely be bumped to a worse one, it'll end up costing a lot more to make the trip worthwhile. No chance of a refund
