And have changed the way the next Manchester mayor can be voted in....they dont like accountability or democracy that much (lets not even get started how they tried to overturn the EU referendum)

@AllisonPearson The mixed messaging from the police hasnt helped at all....from saying 'those responsible' to not terror related etc etc....they left a void of their own making.....and doesnt help the publics confidence in the police which must be at an all time low with multiple recent events..
