@CityPowerJhb Still no update and still no power yet the case gets closed as resolved. The escalation was too closed as resolved and no power. We are now over 24 hours.

@vumatel It is pretty coincidental that the day I upgrade from 50 to 100 meg, the line goes down. It is unacceptable that I now lose two days of service and all I get is someone is working on it. Will I receive a credit for the downtime? @VoxTelecom
