Massively frustrated with @Vodacom as I logged a number that was fraudulently added to my account in March 2023. I received an email from Vodacom Forensics on 17/6/2023 stating that the number was confirmed as fraud and that Subscriber Collections was requested to delete the line

And credit my account. Upon follow up today Subscriber Collections states that the matter is still pending and they cannot help me and cannot give me advice Re who to contact to expedite the deletion and refund
