@virginmedia Thanks but oh dear oh dear. I know that number so well, There’s really no point is there as they are just reading a script! And that came from one of your engineers! Best thing for me I think is too look elsewhere for my BB. VM are abysmal.

@virginmedia Can anyone at VM please tell me when my broadband will actually be working again? Keep calling CS and getting fobbed off! It’s been a real nightmare for the past couple of weeks and now it’s off completely.

@virginmedia Yes I did and they said the problem will be rectified on the 19 May! I called again yesterday and then they say no issues detected. Yet I have little to no broadband! It’s getting silly now.
