The criteria for Mettle by NatWest only prohibits U.K. resident, USA citizens from having a Mettle business account for their UK limited company. Many U.K. residents have tax liabilities in their respective countries. This policy that is biased.

@eBay_UK Uttering useless. They placed me under a payment review for no reason and will provide no information. I was simply trying to sell a fridge I no longer needed. I have now removed from it from EBay.
@FedEx Your Flamingo Hotel office told my friend that he could have a letter FedEx'd to them & he could pick it up from them for $7. Even tho' the shipper paid to send it. You didn't tell him he wouldn't pay if he had it shipped to the front desk at the hotel. Disgraceful
@British_Airways it’s been 2 months since I returned 1st class from Seattle and neither my Avios points nor my tier points have been added to my account. I phoned support over a month ago and they said the points would be added in 7 days. Nothing has happened. Why?
@British_Airways I flew First Class to the States, returning to the UK on 11 April and I still don't have my Avios points or my Tier points on my account. Unable to add using the website. Phoned Cust Sup and they said they would add them but they are still not on my account???
@Staypineapple Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are good. It’s my first night of three at the hotel and it was a miserable experience. Construction going on all night. I just got back to sleep and some one was repeatedly trying to get into or trying to lock their room.

@AppleSupport Troubleshooting my issue. But the number in the email was your standard U.K. support number and it was past 8pm so I couldn’t get to support. So NOW I have a phone that has been reset and a watch that can’t pair.
@AppleSupport You are complete twats. I called Apple Support because my NEW Apple Watch would not pair with my iPhone. YOUR apple support person asked me to reset my stating they were sending me an email with a phone number where I could call back into Apple support to continue
@TaxAct I understand the need for two factor authentication but its not rocket science to add a drop down to your website and allow a potential customer to enter a mobile phone number from another country. Your customer service tells me they get a lot of calls about this.

@ubereats_uk NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order from you EVER again. You have a shite service. I still don’t have my grocery order from an establishment 10 minutes from my home an hour after I ordered. Two delivery people decided they were done for the day and BAILED. Ugh
@DeliverooHelp no response from your driver - if they are too busy to respond have a service to facilitate - you are a worthless delivery service. Stick to car journeys. Are you guys Americans as you NEVER know how to operate business in this market
