@parcelforce shocking service. Been waiting since 11th September for delivery 30 minutes away. Still not moved. Was quicker coming from new Zealand. Spent 2 hours on the the phone yesterday and then told could be delivered by Thursday. What a joke.

@parcelforce what a shocking service. Parcel been stuck in depot for 5 days and spend 2 hours on phone and they say it will be another 3 days. Parcel has taken less time to be flown from new Zealand than it has taken to try and deliver 30 https://t.co/75iRgjAHZx one cares.
