New data from ACG 2026: ABSTRACT P5787 TODAY at 1 pm
Precision medicine is here
Crohnâs symptoms stabilized after Refloralization⢠â with microbiome shifts still holding at 4 years.
We presented a case of a 20-year-old man with Crohnâs disease (diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, fatigue) whose symptoms improved after a 4-month Refloralization⢠protocol. More importantly, the clinical improvement and the microbiome changes were still present four years later.
At baseline his gut was heavily Bacteroidetes-dominant (80.5%) with very low Firmicutes â a pattern often seen in active Crohnâs. After the protocol we saw:
⢠Firmicutes rose sharply (from ~17% to over 70% initially, then stabilized around 54%)
⢠Bacteroidetes dropped substantially
⢠Bifidobacterium increased dramatically and remained elevated (~56-fold sustained increase)
⢠Faecalibacterium (a key butyrate producer) also rose and stayed higher
These shifts moved the microbiome away from the dysbiosis typical of active Crohnâs and toward a more balanced, diverse profile â and the patient remained in clinical remission at the 4-year mark.
This is a single case, so larger controlled trials are needed. But the durability of both the symptom improvement and the microbiome changes is encouraging and consistent with the idea that correcting underlying dysbiosis can support longer-term stability in IBD.

Secretary Hegseth,
I have close friends who have been reinstated after refusing the mandated COVID vaccines. You stated how they were treated was wrong and allowed them back with back pay, some with additional rank. Thatâs why Iâm writing you.
Iâm being told that military members are still facing vaccine requirements, and the new mRNA flu shot is part of the schedule some commands are treating as mandatory. I implore you to stand up for our volunteer warfighters. They are willing to stand against our enemies. They should not be forced to stand against mandated medical products in the name of ideology or âgreater goodâ science.
Throw these products out, or at minimum halt any mandate that regresses basic rights. As a service member I took every shot when I was young because I believed it was for the greater good. As an adult paramedic who has seen the damage firsthand, Iâve grown enough to write this request.
Please stand with and for our soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors, Space Force, and Coast Guard. They already carry enough without being forced into decisions that can affect their health for the rest of their lives.
Sincerely,
Harry Fisher
Paramedic
God bless
đ¨ BOMBSHELL FROM JAPAN â THEY CANâT HIDE THIS ANYMORE
Professor Robert Clancy just dropped the receipts:
A massive Japanese study tracking 20 MILLION people found that ALL excess deaths were in the vaccinated group.
The unvaccinated group? ZERO excess deaths. And hereâs the killer detail: mortality surges exactly 3 months after every booster â with peak deaths hitting around 100 days post-vaccination.
The pattern is undeniable. In my opinion, they can no longer suppress the information on the COVID vaccine. The data is out. The cover-up is crumbling. The world needs to see this.
This is the main mechanism by which vaccines cause autism. It has been shown for decades, and documented over hundreds of studies.
How many more children's minds must be laid to waste in obeisance to the vaccine religion's mandatory rituals?
@FringeViews@multiplanet1 I know the business, the regulations are the issue. Government is awful at moving things along. 3D printing has changed the parts game.
My uncle noticed his monthly water and sewage bill jumped from $85 to $290 over the last six months, even though his family didn't fill a single pool or leak a gallon.
He called the municipal water board to report what he assumed was a meter error.
The clerk explained that the city sold the local water treatment facility and underground main grid to an infrastructure equity fund last year to cover municipal budget deficits.
When my uncle asked why that tripled his rate, she told him:
"The private operator added a quarterly 'grid modernization surcharge' and an 'infrastructure maintenance access fee' to every residential account."
Nothing about the pipes, pressure, or water quality improved.
Private equity isn't just buying houses and daycares anymore.
They are acquiring local utility monopolies so they can bill working families a mandatory tax on drinking water and flushing the toilet.
The Amish in New York are facing massive fines over Democrats vaccine mandates. Amish families will likely have to flee the state after losing the religious exemption theyâve had for decades
Amish private schools are being hit with crushing fines for not having students vaccinated
The fines are roughly $2,000 per noncompliant children, multiplied by the number of school days
3 small schools were sited, of the 59 children already cited, one more day of attendance brought the total fines to $118,000, they say they canât pay it
New York Democrats position is that every day an unvaccinated child attends school there will be a fresh violation worth up to $2,000
During the beginning of the âpandemicâ, SIDS deaths dropped EXPONENTIALLY.
Why?
Well baby visits were canceled.
I feel like we should be talking about that more.
If I only had $30 to improve my home garden, this is what I would do:
1- Harvest rain water from your roof and store it in tanks
2- Make compost to guarantee fertility. Practice no till and leave no soil bare. Either mulch or have it covered by plants/trees.
3- Source your seeds and young trees from local nurseries. Consider building tree and plant nurseries
4- Save seeds
5- Plan the positioning of your garden according to the âMain Frame Designâ concept of permaculture.
6- Rely more on perennials
American children are MANDATED to be injected with 54 mg of ALPHA-GAL-containing MAMMALIAN GELATIN to attend school.
The first-ever paper linking VACCINES to the 10,000% rise in Alpha-Gal syndrome is now PEER-REVIEWED and PUBLISHED.
We found two possible pathways:
DIRECT INDUCTION: Vaccines may DIRECTLY induce alpha-gal syndrome.
PRIME-BOOST: Vaccines may PRIME the immune system, so a later tick bite BOOSTS the victim into full-blown alpha-gal syndrome.
As a miner for 40 years I have worked in various mines around the world. Gold, platinum, copper, coal, lead, zinc, oil and salt. I'm going to tell you something, and here it is. We will destroy the earth in the name of "Green Energy" Follow along and I will explain. đ§ľ
ABSOLUTE TRAVESTY! DANGEROUS LEVELS OF ATRAZINE FOUND IN WATERWAYS MILLIONS USE FOR DRINKING WATER.
The picture shows where high levels of the hormone-disrupting pesticide atrazine known to harm aquatic wildlife are estimated to contaminate more than 25% of all river and stream miles in the lower 48 states â nearly 860,000 miles, according to a new analysis by the Center for Biological Diversity.
âOne quarter of our rivers and streams are being treated like a sewer by corporate agriculture,â said Nathan Donley, environmental health science director at the Center for Biological Diversity.
âJust one pesticide is single-handedly polluting vast expanses of our nationâs waterways at levels that endanger people and wildlife. Itâs an absolute travesty.â
The analysis, which assessed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) water contamination data, also found that dangerous levels of atrazine pollute waterways relied on by more than 20% of U.S. surface-water treatment facilities, reservoirs and water intakes that provide water for people to drink, bath and prepare food.
The September report identified five hotspots with some of the highest levels of atrazine contamination in the country: Chesapeake Bay, Midwest Corn Belt, Floridaâs Lake Okeechobee, lower Mississippi River and Texas Gulf Coast. Millions of people in these regions are served atrazine-contaminated water by their public water utility.
The areas where waterways are highly contaminated with atrazine also contain at least 675,000 wells currently supplying potable water to homes and businesses, including hotels, restaurants and office buildings.More than 70 million pounds of atrazine are sprayed on crops each year and it is the most widely detected pesticide contaminant in U.S. rivers, streams and below-ground water supplies.
It is a known hormone-disrupting pesticide linked to birth defects, multiple cancers, and fertility problems like low sperm quality and irregular menstrual cycles.
Because of those well-documented health concerns, atrazine has been banned in more than 60 countries. Yet the EPA is in the process of reapproving its use in the U.S. for at least another 15 years.
âWe need to follow the lead of over 60 countries around the world and ban atrazine once and for all,â said Donley. âFailing to do so will mean disease, death and dirty water in America for decades to come.â
In the Chesapeake Bay, more than 5.5 million acres of the bayâs watershed â encompassing over 15,000 river miles â are contaminated with atrazine at levels higher than those known to harm aquatic ecosystems. That area is home to 18 million people and more than 3,600 species of plants and animals.
In the Midwest Corn Belt, encompassing Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, more than two-thirds of the total river miles are contaminated with dangerous levels of atrazine. This includes over half of the regionâs wells and 68% of the regionâs drinking-water treatment facilities that source from surface water.
Floridaâs 730-square-mile Lake Okeechobee is surrounded by 500,000 acres of nearby sugarcane fields, which are heavily sprayed with atrazine. The lake is visited by thousands of people each year for boating and fishing.
Atrazine-contaminated watersheds run nearly the entire length of the lower Mississippi River, many at concentrations more than five times the level the EPA has found harmful to aquatic ecosystems.
This poses a threat not only to wildlife but to the 20 million people who rely on the river for their drinking water. Water from more than 40% of the continental U.S. flows down the Mississippi River to the Gulf of Mexico.
The Texas Gulf Coast from Corpus Christi to Galveston is a vital region for migrating birds, aquatic wildlife and recreational activities like swimming, boating and fishing.
More than 6 million acres in this region, covering more than 6,000 river miles, are contaminated with atrazine levels that can harm aquatic wildlife.
Texas is the state with the most public water utilities reporting atrazine contamination, with nearly 15 million people in the state drinking atrazine-contaminated water.
* Atrazine can be removed from water used for drinking, but treating a tap or water supply is different from cleaning up an entire lake, stream, or aquifer.
For a water resource, the most practical long-term approach is to reduce the atrazine entering it while treating water that people need to drink.
What works ~
Drinking-water treatment: Granular or powdered activated carbon can capture atrazine. Reverse osmosis and some other membrane treatments can also reduce it.
Ordinary sediment filtration and conventional treatment steps alone generally do not reliably remove dissolved pesticides.
At home: If a test detects atrazine, choose a filter whose specific product listing includes an atrazine-reduction claim; certification to a broad standard alone does not establish that particular claim. Maintain it according to the manufacturerâs schedule, since carbon has a finite capacity.
Streams and lakes: Reducing agricultural runoff is usually more practical than trying to filter the whole waterbody. Measures include adjusting application practices, reducing runoff, and placing vegetated buffers where water flows from fields toward waterways. Their effectiveness depends on site conditions and how runoff crosses the buffer.
