@SraGomezPierce Short and sweet. Interesting that author notes Ed Leadership is in infancy (agree), yet we are closing colleges of ed. The field will likely see a push to other dominant leadership traits like business. Alas, I try to instill one single trait— listen. Like, REALLY listen.
