At some point, whether we like it or not, he will leave the club by either being poached off us or being sacked. I’d much rather have him in a more secure role like he was before.

What he’s doing is

If he wants the job, and would feel very disrespected if he wasn’t offered the job, then I’d 100% give him it. Because then the risk of losing him is even higher

built for short term success, which is what we needed, but is not sustainable long term.

I also worry how he’d cope during a bad run, we saw with Mason that as soon as it started going wrong, it spiralled even more.

I do love Mozza, but I feel people feel less resistance
