@jennypfafflin Define “barrel-aged” and “GF.” In 2019 we took GF very seriously to mean lab certified, and kicked out a couple solid, GF lab-tested beers. And in all our efforts, were only reminded all too often that technically some macro “lite” beers land at less than 50 ppm for gluten.
