In “normal times” today we’d have been at one most scenic settings for a Regatta.
We’ve been going to Warwick every year for over 10 years and are really missing it this year.
We look forward to seeing the wonderful people of Warwick again in 2021!
👏 A HUGE thank-you to all of our umpires, launch drivers, time-keepers, marshals and all volunteers that will make sure the race runs, and everyone stays safe.
@GBRChris_A@suabc1874@eveshamrowing@warwickrowing We are luckier than some of our neighbours, floods stop below the boat house and an awesome member made it down in time to rescue our training boats
We’re looking for a quad to borrow for @vetfourshead . We have 2 experienced crews, with previous wins at vets head, a men’s heavyish crew & a women’s lighter crew. We currently share a mid weight boat but can’t share to race! Boating from @ThamesTradesmen but open to all options
Our members were out in their finest yesterday evening for THE event of the year (Ok second to the regatta). A good night had by all at the WBC annual dinner, congratulations to all the trophy winners and hopefully all the sore heads now recovered!
Exciting news with two of our members to represent GB at the first ever World Rowing Beach Sprints Finals. Very proud @GillyMara and @HighwaytoHenley - wishing you lots of luck next week
Lots and lots been going on in the past few weeks - a record and winning row for the Great Ouse Marathon, a bumper crop of wins @worcesterrowing autumn regatta, wins at @GlosRowing and @rossrowingclub regattas, and success for our juniors @suabc regatta
So good to be back splashing about on the Great Ouse with @wbcrowing today for the marathon, I do miss that stretch of river. Won the mixed 8+ category and raised money for a great cause @LymphomaAction, thanks @IOERC for hosting!
Good morning all! What a great day on Saturday, thank you for coming :) Results are now on the regatta webpage - sorry for the delay https://t.co/mrTCT9thSV
