@mrdanwalker@BBCSport@BBCMOTD I don't watch MOTD and I'm neutral on football but what I find very annoying with the #bbcsportsapp is that it is covered with football and their video clips. There is very little coverage (or late) on many sports such as Golf, Rugby and Athletics (even for Oly coverage is poor)
@James_Athletics I read Callum's post on Instagram but it's not the first time BA have ignored XC form over track speed in the shorter relays - Tom Keen!
@izzywestbury@TheAthletic@darrenrichman Nice article - as a Warwickshire fan I always thought Reeve and the team were underrated with players making regular England teams. Showing what team work can do - almost undone by Lara...
@glblathletichub The worst thing that could happen is yet more emphasis on relays (given a mixed 4@100 coming in). We had two finalists in the field events. BA needs to work on the pyramid - centres of excellence and a series of events below diamond league
@AthleticsGBR What was he moaning about? If it was fastest losers he will have a point - both men's and women's 2nd heats had massive advantage and had all the qualifers
@James_Athletics That's pretty harsh but explains why he was going out hard. I ran London 2018 which was hot and this has such an influence on times for most except for a handful of elite. I am sure Alex and Jake would have been chasing 208 but not in that heat
@EilishMccolgan@podium5k Great offer but surely BA should be doing more to raise more sponsorship or reduce costs. What's disappointing is the number of ex athletes in the BA org who should know better! we need to create opportunities for young runners not barriers. Otherwise they will leave the sport
@James_Athletics Agreed not a surprise but when the policy came out who was going to complain? It is only when this sort of action is taken that it highlights the poor judgement on a decision to require funding
@theJeremyVine@Ben_Wilkinson@Telegraph The bike to work scheme is abused with people making multiple claims (over several years) subsidising £4 k bikes, buying new wheels, getting bikes for relatives. Meanwhile no increase in cycling for the duration of the scheme. Money needs to be elsewhere to help more cycling
@James_Athletics Some were definitely ‘unlucky’ - finishing third at trials with a qualifying time but losing out to fourth place is tough. I think the the policy should be on form rather than historic - promotes racers rather than Boston TT chasers
@AthleticsGBR No idea about Keeley racing but considering she is the poster girl of GB athletics it's a bit odd she isn't in the posters promoting the British champs!
