@Al_Cal_Pal I'm doing what feels right for me now. That is I'm stopping to eat dairy. I'll continue to eat meats but I'm cooking at home as much as I can. Once, I'm able to master this I'll see what's next. Currently, doing breathwork, camping at high altitudes and exercise daily.

@Nebraskangooner I thing the biggest deal from 1 to2 is that with 1 you and your partner can be on duty and off duty. One parent can rest, the other can be with the kid. When you go from 1 to 2 that goes away. Specially, the first 4 years because each kid will need a full parent's attention.
