All who applied for a refund through the online application form have now been processed. The team will be monitoring the reports over the next week in case of any issues but those who applied should now have received confirmation emails that the process has begun! π
@MCU_Dogs Were they placed on the same order? If so it would only send to that email which was used for the point of sale and not allocated as a name to the ticket.
@misswilliams77 48 hours before the event start is usually the cut off date so we can upload them to our barcode scanners on site ready for the event! π
@FalconSun2 The team are still working through the list with the guests and/or their representatives. This is apparent as the most recent announcement today was also another reconfirmed from a previous date.
@Chris_Murphy1 The official social media feeds will be updating everyone regarding this after the next Government guideline update for all in the UK - Please keep an eye on socials for the update.
@Chris_Murphy1 If any photo-ops were to start before 11am then the team would be on hand to assist people to access them that may get stuck in a queue. Generally though they do not commence until after general entry is open.
@Chris_Murphy1 Preordering autographs is the only guaranteed way to meet anyone at the event especially where busier guests are concerned. If they sell out no additional slots are available for walk ups on the day of the event.
@DaveSimon10@walescomiccon There are no current plans for any sort of screen between guest(s)/attendee(s) during professional photo-ops.
If anything changes in terms of Government guidelines then we will update accordingly.
@WolverSteve@jaimemilner@walescomiccon If you can let us know the details of the order we can look into this - Alternatively you can follow us and DM the details for us to liaise with the sales team and try to assist. Please note that this is not guaranteed but we can forward to the correct team to handle π
