Great job tonight ladies. Believe in your ability, be grateful for what you have and set a high standard/goal. Anyone can hit a low standard. Thanks

Happy Easter ladies!! Proud and humbled to be your coach. Excited to see you ladies compete this week.

[Wahlert Cath HS T&F @WCHStrack_field]

It takes no effort to be at the bottom. It takes great effort to reach the top. You are in control of your mind and you are in control of your effort. Will you rest on the bottom or RISE to the TOP and FLY LIKE EAGLES?

[Wahlert Cath HS T&F @WCHStrack_field]

Nice work volleyball team. You believed in each other and played as a team. Awesome work!!

[Wahlert Cath HS T&F @WCHStrack_field]

Those that make it look easy have no fear. They work harder than their opponents. They have a purpose when competing. They never quit.

[Wahlert Cath HS T&F @WCHStrack_field]

This sport is not easy. The effort that gets put into the offseason, the workouts, the weight room, and the nutrition builds success.
