Exciting Updates from Tocvan!

As we receive incoming data from our magnetic survey, we're actively preparing the ground for our upcoming drilling campaign.

Our primary focus to kick things off is the expansive North Alteration Zone—a vast 3.2 km by 1.5 km epithermal alteration cell. So far, we've pinpointed two high-priority target areas for drilling.

The first is an outcrop exposure of silicified breccia that assayed 2 meters at 5.6 g/t gold and 106 g/t silver. This was an initial surface discovery by our team, and for the first time, we're set to evaluate it in depth through trenching and drilling.

The second target is an old underground mine working, with grab samples returning values up to 3.2 g/t gold and 1,225 g/t silver, all right next to intense clay alteration.

Pathfinder elements and alteration indicators strongly suggest we're sitting atop a major epithermal system. Our initial drilling will aim to unlock its full potential.

For context, our conceptual model for the North Alteration Zone envisions a 1.6 to 3.2 km strike length × 50 m width × 150 m vertical extent, translating to 28.8 to 57.6 million tonnes at grades of 0.5 to 1.5 g/t Au. Crunch the numbers—the resource upside here is what has our team buzzing with anticipation!

All this while we continue expanding resource potential in our South Block and kick off the build-out of our fully permitted, 100% controlled 10-year pilot mine facility.

Gold prices have never been higher. We were already thrilled about this project at $1,800/oz. At $3,800/oz, the potential returns have skyrocketed!

Here, our team is deploying an advanced drone-based magnetics survey using state-of-the-art technology to map subsurface structures and pinpoint mineral-rich zones. This airborne magnetics survey is a game-changer for Tocvan, providing high-resolution data on hidden geological features that will refine our exploration targets and accelerate resource expansion. By identifying key structural controls and potential extensions of high-grade gold and silver mineralization, it directly supports our imminent drilling and trenching campaigns—set to kick off.

We are permitted for over 30,000 meters of drilling on ground never drilled before.

These efforts are crucial as we advance toward pilot mine production, with full permits in place for a 10-year, 50,000-tonne heap leach facility. Recent drilling highlights and stellar metallurgical recoveries position us for near-term value creation amid record gold prices. We have a team in Sonora, and I think these articles need to be evaluated with a critical eye. No new concessions, that's been status quo since 2021. Curtailing existing mining? Maybe, however let's think about this. Are we to believe they will review and evaluate every operating mine and project in Mexico and determine if its impact fits the criteria of the existing administration? That would take decades to complete. Over the past few years, delays seen in permitting have been largely due to staffing issues...so a dedicated division would need to be created just to tackle this. Also, there has been no seperation identified between open-pit or underground mining. I think as an industry we need to do better evaluating these sensational headlines and stop the fear mongering. Mexico is and will remain a place where value can be created through exploration and development.
