Yesterday was #UniversityMentalHealthDay We gave out baby spider plants to students & staff to pot up and take away to their digs or offices. We talked about the @silverpebble (Emma Mitchell) book The Wild Remedy - an inspirational read on the benefits of nature on wellbeing 💚

We celebrated #UniMentalHealthDay today with planting, chats over coffee and cookies, a building resilience workshop and other de-stressing activities - including playing catch with Paddy the dog 🌻🍪☕️🐶
