Canada had the opportunity to listen to a professional violinst in their music lesson today. She played a mixture of classic and modern songs which enthused the class into learning an instrument. What a delight!π» @WexhamPS

Year 4 started their first step in making Viking Brooches for DT week. We looked at the patterns and designs of brooches and used them as inspiration to come up with own our. We cannot wait to start making them out of clay!πͺ @WexhamPS
Year 4 had a great time at the Viking Workshop today! We took part in a shield wall, we looked at Viking weapons, learnt about which food Vikings ate during that time period, guessing what unusual artefacts were and wrote our names in runes that we got to take home! @WexhamPS
