So much to be thankful for at Sunset Elementary! These teachers open their rooms to the IPG team and we love seeing the amazing work they do with students!
There are some leaders who really do care, but may not be able to show it. This is when you sit down with your staff and you tell them the good news is I really do care about you, but the bad news is I may not always show it very well. Then make it a priority to work on it.
Big day for Grassland Elementary as the school officially receives its 2022 National Blue Ribbon Award at a ceremony in Washington D.C.! This is a huge honor as fewer than 300 schools across the nation earned the recognition this year. Congrats, GES! #NBRS2022#proudlywcs

Some may think praise, compliments, and appreciation are not necessary for adults, But remember its not just that you are praising your staff, but you're also saying I am present, I'm paying attention, & I am in this with you. can this really be said too much?
These College Grove Elementary teachers demonstrate their remarkable gifts as they guide their students in finding the main idea and key details in third grade and the theme in fourth grade.
