@juliedavisEDU Help them focus first on the standards and instructional strategies. Then help them select tools that support the standard/strategy. Guide them to learn that tech integration is not our main focus.
Enjoying VEX GO Robotics training with @WCSedu elementary Library Media Specialists. STEM challenge-rescue astronaut from crater, so we built a platform and used the hand crank. #WCSEDTECH
@letsquitteachin@cultofpedagogy Is this graphic one you created or from someone else? I'd love to know the source to give credit when I share this with others.
@wcsSHS@WCSedu They did a great job, as did all the choir groups who sang last night. The Holiday Choir Concert that Mrs. Elsberry and her students perform each year is our favorite!

Fan Girl moment today at #TETC21-met @jmattmiller , heard his keynote and attended his session on gamification in classroom. Matt, remember to give yourself grace! Thanks for sharing ways to engage students and being willing to share other ideas all the time!
@DitchThatTxtbk Decide on naming conventions for your course/materials if your district or dept. does not already have those expectations. Ex: SS Q1 wk. 3 <name of material>. Make names specific. Generic names like test, project, etc. w/out any other context can make it hard to search/filter.
Anyone know a good free source of Kami elementary examples/templates for standards based lessons. I have only found templates so far how to teach students to use Kami or paid templates.
Enjoying @lipscomb and @ayersinstitute IGNITE 2020 conference. I attend each year, so Iβm thankful for their flexibility/adaptability to go virtual this year. Hopefully weβll be back in person next fall! #techignite
@MAlstot @karenraycosta You can add more than one teacher to a Classroom so that other instructors have access to the content and student work. Go to the people tab to add other teachers.
Show me what you have for Ss examples of digital storybooks/nonfiction books they have created using Google Slides. I am preparing PD for our K-5 teachers and need more examples. @jmattmiller@ericcurts@ShakeUpLearning Anyone else? Thanks!
