While Rep. Brad Tabke’s Shakopee election was close, on Jan. 14th a district court judge ruled that he “remains the candidate with the most votes legally cast”.

Ignoring this ruling would be an unprecedented abuse of power — we can’t throw out someone Minnesotans voted for.
