🚨 WOW! Dr. ALVEDA KING just said it PERFECTLY on Capitol Hill
"I still have a dream. I dream that one day we will move beyond black power and white power and embrace GOD'S power and human dignity!"
"I reject the notion that Americans who hold traditional Christian beliefs should be treated as THREATS or TERRORISTS simply because we disagree with a prevailing political thought!" 🙏🏻
"I dream that Americans will one day see each other, not as enemies, but as neighbors. I dream that we will hear each other, see each other, and recognize that every human life has value from the womb to the tomb and beyond."
"We are as scripture teaches, one blood, one human race. And if we remember that truth, we can build a future worthy of the sacrifices made by those who came before us."
"We must speak out for truth and against the forces that would manufacture hate, fear, division, and violence simply to line their pockets and further their political ambitions."
"God bless America, God bless you!"
🇺🇸🇺🇸👏🏻
WHOA: DR. ALVEDA KING JUST COOKED JAMIE RASKIN!
"Y'all pay both of them to do double jobs! SPLC does! You hire them to do the bombing, then you hire them to fix the bombing?! That's WEIRD."
"That's kind of fraud to me!"
SO DAMN GOOD.
Also, unless your definition of “for a long time” means “about 20 years,” this is another example of the straight up lying thing. No, you did not. For most of your history, you have explicitly eschewed the label “Christian” and were quite open about how all other churches were abominations.
It’s is a very recent switch in Mormon culture to cozy up to the terms and apply it to themselves in order to be seen as more acceptable to Christians. You have not in the slightest bit “proudly self-identified as Christian” for a long time. You are lying when you say that. You are intentionally misleading people with false information in order to make them think you are something other than what you are.
If Mormons don’t like the “liar” accusation, they should stop lying.
Louise Perry made a sharp observation: many feminists tried to replace the husband with the state.
In her interview with John Anderson, she pointed out that while the state can provide money and daycare, what most women actually want is to raise their children with the support of committed adults, not institutions.
After reviewing history, she concludes that monogamous marriage, despite its imperfections, has consistently produced the best outcomes for mothers and children. Every major experiment with communal living or fully socialized families has ended with worse results.
Decades of research show children raised by married biological parents have significantly better outcomes across the board, lower rates of poverty, higher educational attainment, better mental and physical health, and lower involvement in crime.
These advantages hold even after controlling for income and education. Alternative family structures and state-heavy models have repeatedly shown higher instability and poorer long-term results for kids.
With marriage rates declining and child mental health struggling, we need to be honest about which systems actually support families best instead of clinging to nice-sounding theories that keep failing.
Do you think stable monogamous marriage is still the best system we have for raising kids, or do you see better alternatives?
The idea for SNL's infamous "WORD ASSOCATION" sketch featuring Chevy Chase and Richard Pryor began with Pryor's personal comedy writer Paul Mooney and Mooney's dislike of Lorne Michaels. Pryor, who was set to host, demanded they hire Mooney to help write to Pryor's voice but Lorne was skeptical so he personally interviewed Mooney to see if he should hire him for the episode, which Mooney felt was more an embarrassing examination based on his race than talent. Mooney said, "After all the bullshit I've been put through to get here, the fucking cross-examination Lorne subjects me to, I decide to do a job interview of my own."
The sketch was ranked in Rolling Stone magazine as #10 for their 50 Best SNL Sketches of All-Time list.
“It was one of the most monumentally unselfish things one group of people did for another.”

Required watching for every young person today!
Mormons are some of the most disingenuous apologists for their religion in the public square.
Instead of clearly defining and defending their beliefs as distinct from historic Christianity, Mormon apologetics seem to center on blurring lines as much as possible with historic Christianity, essentially preying on the ignorant.
Jesus said to his disciples, “What I tell you in the dark, say in the light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops.” Paul wrote to the Corinthians, “We refuse to practice cunning or to tamper with God’s word, but by the open statement of the truth we would commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.”
But we rarely hear Mormons openly proclaiming their distinctives, such as their rejection of the Trinity, their belief in preexistent spirits, their view of Jesus and Lucifer as brothers, their claim that man can become as God, and their many other doctrines ranging from laughable absurdity to damnable blasphemy.
Christians meanwhile do not need to rely on obfuscation to advance our faith. The word of the gospel is the power of God for salvation, which is why we can speak truth plainly and trust God to work, even when those truths are unpopular in our culture.
But false religions and cults such as Mormonism lack this power, forcing them to rely on deceptive, obfuscatory, and underhanded tactics instead of the rigor of their own claims.
@4thOfJuly365 Yup. America is the worst country, except for all the other ones. And Capitalism is the worst economic model, except for all the other ones.
The Chicago Bears managed to stay in Chicago despite the 1929 Great Depression, WWII, and the 2008 financial crisis, but they couldn't survive two incompetent Democratic leaders in Illinois and now they are moving next door to the Republican run red state of Indiana!
"I am a man. See me as a human being—not a birth defect, not a syndrome. I don’t need to be eradicated."
Frank Stephens pleads for the humanization of people with Down syndrome, studies suggest 67-90% are aborted in the United States due to faulty prenatal screenings.
Some of the anger I saw from pro-lifers responding to my tweets was essentially, "how dare you insinuate that pro-life people would abort a child with Down Syndrome!"
Guys, I've been in the care of souls business for 18 years now. And when you're in the care of souls business, something you see often is people who have been lifelong, devout Christians completely bail on the faith the SECOND holding to it requires them to suffer.
People who have spent decades faithfully coming to worship will leave forever the second their kids come out to them and tell them they have to choose between holding to the Bible and having a relationship with their kids. People who have always upheld what the church teaches about cohabitation immediately reject it the second their kids start shacking up.
People who lament the evils of divorce will get divorced the second they think they can come out of the situation better off, and they will give you every rationalization for why the words of Jesus don't apply to them. Ask your pastors about this. Dudes will leave their congregations, go to another down the street to another congregation with their mistress on their arm and act like nothing happened, utterly convinced that God supports them in doing so.
People who have thanked you for preaching against the idolatrous nature of youth sports that keeps kids out of church on Sundays will immediately embrace the idol when their kids have the opportunity to join a travel team. And so on.
And yes, when people who have boldly and faithfully stood against the evils of abortion find themselves carrying an unwanted child? They will often employ the very same vile rationalizations that they have condemned fifty trillion times before.
Do people who identify as pro-life have fewer abortion than pro-choicers? Of course. But with love and respect, you are absolutely clueless if you think that a notable percentage of women having abortion weren't pro-life identifying ladies until the moment their desire for abortion overpowered their faith and convinctions.
And, more to the point, if you are offended by this assertion because you know would never in a million billion years ever do this, you are clueless to the power of the sinful nature that lurks within you. If you think you would stand where they fell because you are more pious, more devout, more devoted, etc...well, pride comes before destruction.
Helen Andrews made a bold point:
The more women dominate the legal system, the more justice risks becoming emotional storytelling and compassion theater instead of cold, neutral due process.
She points to Title IX campus courts and some MeToo cases where feelings and narratives often overrode evidence and procedure.
This is a sensitive but important conversation about how demographic shifts quietly reshape institutions. When emotion and group protection replace impartial rules, the rule of law weakens, and public safety eventually pays the price.
Do you think the growing feminization of law and other institutions is changing how justice is applied?
"The endlessly repeated argument that most Americans are the descendants of immigrants ignores the fact that most Americans are NOT the descendants of ILLEGAL immigrants."
— Thomas Sowell
The Democrats have already admitted that they don’t know what a woman is.
With the elevation of Talarico and Platner they have shown that they don’t know what a man is either.
This isn't even an exaggeration. The talking points that get you labeled a 'Nazi' today were just vanilla Democrat talking points not even twenty years ago.
Spencer Pratt got 0 out of 24,000 votes in a late night LA ballot drop.
0/24,000
A guy getting around 30% support got 0 out of 24,000.
Astronomically small probability of happening.
Impossible.
California no longer even hides it.
Doors need to be kicked in.
