@Jovan_dev_ Cause earlier, the watch app was made for Watch OS1. Apple has completely dropped support for that now.

And making it work on Watch OS2 is useless since network/battery widget etc won’t work as watch apps now run on watch not iPhone. (earlier execution used to be on iPhone)

@MrTangent just tested this on a 5s 9.2. Its working fine. Try restarting iPhone again.

@MrTangent I personally use both these widgets everyday on iOS9. Try restarting iPhone, NC widgets usually fail to load under low memory.

@Mr_87P on my iPhone 6 which I use for testing I have 8 actions with custom images & they load properly. Will have to test on other devices.

@Mr_87P yes, the more images, the more memory widget will use. iOS will force quit it if it exceeds a limit. I'm working on optimizing this.

@Mr_87P try adding just 1 contact action w/o image & see if that loads then continue with next. I'll be working on optimizing this further.

@Mr_87P have you added custom images to those actions? Notification center has very strict memory limits. The widget quits if it uses more.

@drezzoni if you know the URL scheme to a specific app thats not yet listed in search you can use the custom launch action.

@Ldizzy if you delete and reinstall the app, and without opening the main app, add the widgets. They'd stay free till you open the main app.
