@WSJ_Support - I’m paying for a subscription so I don’t have to see ads. Today I’m being asked to disable my ad blocker on every page refresh despite being logged in as a paying subscriber. Is this a bug and when will it stop?
@iFit - my treadmill won’t start after a failed update. Tried a hard reset with the paper clip and now get “Supported API: 3” then flashing to “No Command”. Still under warranty and can’t get a support response via phone, chat, or submitting a request! How can I get help!?
@NordicTrack - we’ve been waiting for our white glove delivery to be scheduled in the “next 24-48 hours” since the email sent 2/24. It has been “In Transit to local delivery center” since 2/16 - what gives?
@ACT - when will the registration process be fixed!? Can't even validate my account with an email or text - BECAUSE I NEVER GET THEM! Terrible communication and customer support....
#SplunkOSS20 - registered for the event and can't login or reset my password. Says it doesn't meet the complexity requirements no matter what I try and doesn't tell me what the requirements are! Frustrating! #on24 fail.....
@shanselman It will be interesting to see how simple issues may escalate because people can't see facial cues as well - much like inferred tone in text messages that can cause misunderstandings.
