NAVEL
Do you know why different oil should be applied in the navel and on the navel ?
Our navel is a wonderful gift given to us by our creator. According to science, the navel is the first part formed after conception. After it is formed, it attaches to the placenta of the mother through the umbilical cord.
Our navel sure is a wonderful thing! All our nerves are connected to our navel, which makes it the focal point of our body. Navel is life.
Behind the navel is the "Pechoti", which has more than 72,000 nerves. The total amount of blood vessels in our body is equal to twice the circumference of the earth.
We knew that to bring down the temperature of children, we put a cotton swab with alcohol in the navel, now we know that with oil, it is better.
Applying oil to the navel cures dry eyes, poor vision, pancreas, heels and chapped lips, glowing face, healthy hair, knee pain, chills, lethargy, joint pain and dry skin.
Apply neem oil in the navel - to get rid of stubborn pimples
Apply almond oil to your navel – to help you get a glowing face
Apply mustard oil to your navel - to get rid of dry, chapped lips. Will also keep your bowels moving to flush out the harmful bacteria but keep the good ones. Actually it works as a mild detox.
Place cotton soaked in alcohol on your navel - to cure colds, flu and runny nose. When the child has stomach pain, we put a few drops directly in the navel and massage around the navel for a few minutes, the pain is cured. Oil works in the same way.
To reduce menstrual pain and cramps, place a cotton ball soaked in brandy on your belly button.
Sesame oil is used for all types of joint pain. It is also known to strengthen bones. Many parents use this on their children at bedtime every night.
For stomach upset, bloating, nausea and digestive problems, use equal amounts of mustard oil and ginger oil.
The use of hot ghee improves blood flow in the nervous system and also increases the immunity system. It removes constipation and strengthens the digestive system. This gives relief in joint pain.
Thyme oil is anti-spasmodic, it helps relax your arteries and veins, lowers blood pressure and the strain on your heart. It can also help strengthen and tone your heart muscles.
As a diuretic, oregano oil can help remove excess water, salt and toxins from your body, helping with weight, blood pressure, digestion and more.
For knee pain
Before sleeping at night, put 3 drops of castor oil in your navel and spread it around one and a half inches around your abdomen.
For tremors and lethargy, relief from pain in your joints and dry skin
Before sleeping at night, put 3 drops of mustard oil in your navel and spread it around one and a half inches around your navel.
Why apply oil in and around your navel?
Your navel can detect which veins have dried up and by applying oil those veins open...
You can keep a small drip jar with essential oil next to your bed and put a few drops in your belly button before sleeping. It will be convenient to pour and avoid accidental spillage.
I used to eat canned green beans when I was in culinary school. The key is to rinse them and thoroughly dry them. Then you want to use high heat when sauteeing, preferably with bacon fat. Sauté on high heat until the outside is blistered, then toss in some chopped garlic for about 45 seconds at the end, add a pinch of smoked paprika, and finish with a dash of soy sauce and butter.
Guys saw this on FB and just wanted to share for those who enjoy space. 👇
February 28 – Six Planet Alignment After Sunset! ✨🌌
Mark your calendars! On February 28, a beautiful six-planet alignment will decorate the evening sky just after sunset.
Planets including Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and in some locations even Uranus (with binoculars) will appear lined up along the same path in the sky.
While they aren’t perfectly straight in space, from Earth they’ll look like a rare “planet parade” stretching across the horizon.
🔭 How to watch:
• Head outside shortly after sunset.
• Find a clear western horizon away from city lights.
• Give your eyes a few minutes to adjust.
Moments like this remind us how amazing and perfectly timed our solar system truly is. Don’t miss this cosmic show — look up and enjoy the view! 🌙✨
Tag your fellow space lovers and let’s watch the sky together!
2. Presiona firme, no suave.
3. Sostén 30 segundos.
4. Suelta y respira lento, profundo.
5. Repite 3 veces.
Here’s what happens to your body after just 30 seconds of performing an all-out sprint.
Most people think sprinting is just another form of cardio, something you do to burn a few extra calories.
But what actually happens inside your body during those 30 seconds is fascinating.
💖💖She made it
Angelina Jordan's performance of "Bohemian Rhapsody" on America's Got Talent: The champion delivered a haunting interpretation, focusing entirely on vocal control and emotional delivery. Instead of replicating Queen's dramatic arrangement, she slowed the song down, reshaping it into an intimate ballad that highlighted her vocal range, maturity, and dynamic feel. The arrangement was minimalist, which worked to her advantage as it made each note feel purposeful and gave the performance a distinct artistic identity rather than a straightforward cover.
