@AldiUK I’ve been to several stores now in the Glasgow area and I couldn’t find this anywhere. Staff don’t know anything about it and I was told it is only available online?! However, online it says it’s only available in store from April 6th? Can someone please assist?

@British_Airways And the saga continues... Called Customer Relations as advised online only to be told that they can’t answer the call because they’re too busy. An automated message advises to submit a claim online which is impossible & caused the backlog in the first place!#joke
