500,000 acres. Multiple 1GW+ AI data center sites. One platform.
Today we’re opening family-controlled land across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma to developers who need power, gas, water, fiber, and transmission in one place.

Today, Kizer AI (@wearekizer) is launching a 500,000-acre turnkey land platform for AI data centers.
We’re working with one of the largest private landowners in the US and have assembled sites across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma that can support multiple 1.0 GW+ AI campuses, with access to the power, gas, water, fiber and transmission infrastructure needed to build them.
The goal is simple: give developers access to sites that are ready for AI infrastructure at scale.
If you’re a data center developer, energy company, infrastructure provider or capital partner looking for your next site, reach out to us.

The 23rd largest private landowner in the US just opened up 500,000 acres of land for AI data centers.
Today, Kizer AI (@wearekizer) announced a platform for developing multiple 1GW+ AI data center campuses across the US.
I’ve been a part of this project since the very beginning and it's amazing to finally see it go public.

Every regulator in America converged on "bring your own power" in the same year the three companies that build large gas turbines stopped taking orders inside the decade.
The slots developers are getting offered now are as far off as 2031.
PJM has asked @FERC to put big new loads (50MW+) without their own generation first in line to be curtailed.
In service after June 2027, the portion not covered by new capacity will be affected.
Our proprietary parcel intelligence software answers the question a queue position can't: whether a data center can actually be built on a given piece of land.

@GregAbbott_TX ordered ERCOT and the Public Utility Commission of Texas to audit data center power and water use on August 3, and new connections were paused. The figure behind that decision is 474 GW sitting in ERCOT's interconnection queue, more than 5x the state's peak demand.
@SaraEisen $1.145 down to $0.805 while hosting 200-plus campuses. That is the receipt. Neighbors that block data centers keep raising the residential bill instead.
@_The_Prophet__ Compute pays more for a megawatt than a house does. That is why the map keeps filling with halls. Towns that host get the tax base. Towns that refuse still pay higher rates when someone else wins the auction.
@ChristianForTX Shut the plants, keep the demand, then pay for a pipeline home. Same movie as AI power. Ban the build and you still buy the product, just later and more expensive.
@innovationcncl@CNBC This is the slide every town meeting needs. Tax rolls fund schools. Blocking the campus does not make power cheap. It just makes the county poorer.
@DKThomp@jasminewsun Secret deals and late notice earned a lot of this anger. Exporting the campuses overseas still loses the race. Publish the power, water, and tax math early, or the backlash writes the energy policy for you.
@ChaseLochmiller@GregAbbott_TX@CrusoeAI Good. Clear standards beat a quiet freeze that never ends. Operators who already treat power, water, and towns as part of the design will still build in Texas.
@caorilne Haircut the queue by 90% and Texas still needs tens of gigawatts. Bubble talk dies when 10% of the paperwork is still a multi-year power war. Musical chairs for megawatts is the story.
@BryceTheNoble Lower bills and a fat tax base, then a freeze next door. That is the whole national fight in one county. People will vote to block the thing paying for their government.
@ShanuMathew93 Capacity to fund, not booked GPU sales. Still a huge tell. Nvidia is turning racks into something Wall Street can lend against so more buyers clear the return hurdle without a hyperscaler balance sheet.
@ChristianForTX@TexasTech Training a new generation of engineers is noble work. Someone has to keep the electrons moving when the machines start demanding more. Interesting times.
