Wednesday wellness tip : You don't exercise to lose fat. You lose fat by eating plenty of food low in Carbohydrate. You exercise to strengthen & shape your body but most importantly, you exercise because it empowers you to make better food choices & improves mental state. #keto

When are we going to learn? The very body (government) that we lean on to protect us, is often the one that hurts us the most. Be your own advocate. Take control of your own health.
Decades of government dietary guidance has thus far failed to contain this costly and debilitating disease. Diabetes and Obesity are still on the Rise #dietaryguidelines https://t.co/kkPQDWfkOE
@bigfatsurprise@nytimeswell@bigfatsurprise this is something I knew intuitively, but never really had proof. I listened to your book recently along with Deep Nutrition and several books by Gary Taubes and it's clear that many new studies are flawed based on confirmation bias alone. Fascinating!
