Yesterday we had the honor to welcome a bunch of girls into our office for #GirlsDay2022

Lots of ping-pong sessions, skating in our office and some binary, ROT13, and Scratch classes in between 🤓

By doing this, we hope to offer a more inclusive arrangement for colleagues who, for example, but not limited to, prefer to celebrate Ied al Fitr (also referred to in the Netherlands as Suikerfeest), Thanksgiving, Yom Kippur, your birthday, or Christmas Eve. 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉

In the context of inclusiveness, we have implemented the Interchangeable Holiday Policy! 🙌🏼

Wait, the what? With this policy, our colleagues are able to exchange 2 national Dutch holidays per year for any other day of their choice!
