@NWSMemphis@NWSLittleRock seeing lightning from over 100 miles away is wild. We were seeing it with naked eye, but it's now only visible by camera. I'm in Henderson AR, my closest storm in that direction is Blytheville or Forrest city AR areas, that's well over 100 miles! Crazy!
Lightning is wild at a distance! We were seeing it with naked eye, now only visible by camera. I'm in Henderson. Closest storm is in Blytheville and Wynne area. That's well over 100 miles. Crazy! @MicahStevensWx@kbalentinewx@ryanvaughan
@ryanvaughan seeing lightning from the Forrest City area storms from Mtn Home was bkt on my agenda tonight. That's 113 miles...but it's the only thing on radar. That's wild!
Some awesome live fire training with some awesome folks today! Usually being on the outside as safety and command staff, it's been awhile since I've gotten that involved! Thanks to everyone who made it possible!
@ryanvaughan I saw that in the graphics today, pretty cool too after seeing the interview Micah did with Andy that explained it. Weather forecasting has definitely came a long way.
