@MyStraightTalk I’ve had to deal with customer service on 4 separate nightmares over the past two weeks and each time have been told the exact same thing. I have no desire to subject myself to that mess. You’ve stolen enough money from me I’ll no direct my energy into finding a new provider

@MyStraightTalk The customer service is a complete joke, they have no idea what they are doing and they will literally just make things up when they don’t, this has quickly become a the absolute worst cell provider I’ve ever dealt with.

@MyStraightTalk I haven’t had a phone for 2 weeks because of this and I’m a single father with a school age child you needs an open line of communication but your customer service reps have told me multiple times I either spend more money buying a new sim and plan or I’m screwed.

@MyStraightTalk I’m told my esim can’t be used or I will lose the remaining 4 months of service I paid for. I’m able to call customer service from the “non working “ SIM card and it keeps trying to get me to purchase a new plan so it still seems to work. We are now hitting 2 weeks still no sim
