There's no big picture, every 1-2 years the new governments destroy whatever the previous ones did.

Used in much smarter ways, with more creative direction.
There's an overflowing amount of low quality stuff compared to the good one.
If we don't teach the new generation, we will have a plateau of zombies with the IQ of a piece of wood in the next few years.

I'm pro AI but this one doesn't give goosebumps at all, poorly made, zero storytelling, it just picks the manga images and makes them move a bit.
There will be a time in which we'll have more control, but this wouldn't make the cut even in bollywood.

Also, you're comparing small town prices with cities like London. Do the central Rome/central London comparison, and you'll see that in relation to the relative salary, there's very little difference, if none.
